Type of product:

SELF bearing prefabricated BUILDING with characteristics of transport equals to standard containers in order to grant the structural integrity to dynamic solicitations due to handling.

Outer covering TOTALLY metal TYPE, INTERGRATED with load bearing STRUCTURE.

 

APPLICATION FIELD Type of use

HousING AND ACCOMODATION MODULES, integrated technological SYSTEM in climate conditions with high thermal ranger, industrial and corrosive environmental. ON-SHORE AND OFF-SHORE installations and in marine environment.

 

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

This description has the scope to define the particular technical REQUIREMENTS for DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF containerized monolithic structures, pre-assembled in workshop, realised in 4 standard types in order to be used in the most different logistic services, usefull for a simple and fast start up in operative function with following requisites:

  1. High resistance to climate  and heaviest atmospherically conditions, that allow the installations both in marine environments with corrosive conditions and also of very high humidity both in deserted environment and in zones with industrial atmospheres.
  2. Easily transportable via land (road or rail road) or via sea, USING OF THE SAME FACILITIES OF STANDARD CONTAINERS FOR LIFTING, HANDLING and fixing on all means of transport.
  3. Possibility to join the single MODULES with a simple bolting, in order to obtain full pavilions on one or more levels.
  4. Insulation of the lateral walls, of the roof and the floor with material and thickness that satisfy the specific needs compared to environmental conditions here under reported.
  5. STRUCTURE TOTALLY METALLIC TYPE, welded and sized in order to satisfy the conditions of loading and consequent solicitations.
  6. Outer coverings of the walls, ceiling and floor realized with safe materials of the best quality and in harmony with the international standards about FIRE PROTECTION AND REACTION.

External dimension

There are expected 4 standard types of outer sizes:

Internal dimension

Here under there are reported internal dimension based on the 4 types; about the inner high there are reported 2 values , the solution with standard floor [S] and the option of the raised floating floor [F] (see figure in the next page)

Internal partition walls

Technical floors

 

Raised floating floor

As per standard solution base frame (without plywood covering) it will be realized a self bearing structure, able to realize an hollow space of minimum 150 mm between the bottom and the floating floor, for cable and conduit crossing.

The support structure is composed by:

 

  1. n° 2 main longitudinal members in foled  steel sheet  EN 10025 S235 JR, assembled with continuous welding process, hot dip galvanized as per  UNI-EN-ISO 1461
  2. Head crossbeams, disposed at pitch about mm 600, in tubular rectangular section in steel at carbon EN 10025 S235 JR, assembled with continuous welding process dip galvanized as per  UNI-EN-ISO 1461.
  3. Floating floor panels, sizes 600x600 mm thickness. mm 30 in class 1 (one) of fire reaction.

 

Floor in galvanized chequered plate

As per standard solution base frame (without plywood covering) it will be fixed a layer of chequered steel sheet, antislip, minimun thickenss mm 2, applied by means of suitable sticking matearial to the underlyng plywood, thk mm 20.

 

Resin Floor

As per standard solution base frame (without plywood covering) it will be fixed a layer of epoxy resin, thickenss mm 2.

At walls level resin will be turned forming a tank.

Final covering “Low Antiskid” or “Smooth Surface”.

 

Sanitary and hydraulics plants

  1. Sinks in ceramics 560x490 mm colour white with mono chromate control, siphon at “S” and under sink valve
  2. WC pots type hanging in ceramics, colour white, rinse box of 7,5/4lt, control plate for rinse box, seat with fastenings and cap, colour white.
  3. Shower plate in ceramics  sizes cm. 80x80, built in mono control chromate mixer for shower in PP with plate in ABS box with shower curtain with chromate curtain fix
  4. Electrical Boilers with suitable capacities
  5. Piping for hot and cold water in multi layer material with insulation with valve at sphere on both lines for supply interruption.
  6. Discharge system in polypropylene (PP) piping
  7. Included accessories in the sanitary supplying:
  • Shelf in white ceramics, 600mm
  • Mirror 600x800mm with fix mirror
  • Glass holder
  • Soap holder and angle sponge in chromate  finishing
  • Soap holder in white abs with basin in glass
  • Towel stand 600mm, abs, white
  • double coat hook abs white
  • toilet brush holder at wall in glass, support in white abs
  • roll holder 90° in white ABS

 

Entrance step outer doors

Stoker step with shelves of support in fold steel sheet galvanised at hot for immersion as UNI-EN-ISO 1461.  The step will be bolted at the base of the module duly predisposed.

Support columns

N° 4 metallic supports in galvanised steel at hot for immersion as UNI-EN-ISO 1461, high mm 300 full of plates for anchorage module to lower corner blocks and fifing plate to the plinths of foundations

Sun breaker roofing

disassembling roof vertical load 1,00 KN/m2, composed by

A.  Latticed beams in steel angle at hot for immersion as UNI-EN-ISO 1461 with bayonet coupling

B.  L shape reinforcements  in angular as above with bayonet coupling for fixing to the latticed beams

C.  Covering with load bearing thickness mm 0,6 in corrugated steel plate at carbon EN 10147 Fe E 250 G with galvanising at hot type “zendzimir” of 150 g/m2

D.  self threading screws with head covering in PVC with sealing
